One account, all our apps. The account is shared with the Seaman App and Marine Radar Lab. Deleting it deletes it in all of them, permanently. Cancel any Google Play subscription of ours first: deleting an account does not stop a store subscription from billing.
Option 1 · From the app
- Open Marine ECDIS Lab and press Back on the chart to open the menu.
- Tap PRIVACY & ACCOUNT, then DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
- This opens the Seaman App's deletion page. Follow it to delete the account and its data immediately.
Option 2 · By email
Email admin@seamanapp.com from the address of your account, subject "Account deletion request (Marine ECDIS Lab)". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 15 days, and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: your login (email, user ID, name) and everything linked to the account in our apps.
- Kept: a minimal record that a deletion took place (no content), for legal accountability under RA 10173; and purchase records that Google Play and the law require us to keep, if any.
- On your phone: your routes, charts and settings stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. They were never on our servers.
